Another cruise in the books with the fam bam…There were moments full of excitement and high vibes and many bittersweet & sad moments, but we made the best of it!
With everything going on this past week it made it a lil difficult for us to celebrate. We were reminded of just how precious life is, and that tomorrow is not promised for anyone.
So we must continue to be love and light in this dark hateful world. #loveoverfear #onelove

Today’s journey entry….

When you are constantly focused on your outter world, then it is the outter world that is programming your mind. Everything is a teacher…so what are you putting your attention on?

When you go inward and observe your own mind you will learn the ways of why your mind does what it does. See it, observe it, and change it if it doesn’t sit well with your soul. You must constantly go inward and bring your focus to the real you so you can become who you really want to be and love how you really want to live.

Begin programming your own mind with what you want think of, what you want to observe, how you want to feel, what you want your life to look like. There is a Spirit that is within all of us and it knows eternal truths, but we must first search for it. Seek and you will find.

Unless you actually pay attention to YOURSELF and what YOU love, the world will tell you what to think about, how to feel, how to act, what to do, etc. This is why so many of us are miserable. We think we are living but we are simply carrying out the programs of what the world taught us to be.

Be Uniquely You.

It’s been a minute, but market day is finally here! Tomorrow, the Makana Kai booth will be popped up downtown Cocoa Beach right by the VFW. Time to spread some gratitude and love to my community!See you there my friends!

Consider this.

Life is a river, one that you float along with until your last breath. Each of us on our own river with various obstacles. These obstacles can cause us trauma, pain, suffering, injury, etc. but the goal is to navigate them as best we can and continue to move forward with the flow.

We cannot stay stuck in one place because life will pass us by. We need to let go!

Now consider that each of us is on our own river, but those that are close to us can see and hear us from theirs. So, when you run into one of these obstacles you can ask for guidance from those close by. The only catch is, they can’t physically come save you. You have to make the choice to let go! To move on with life and flow! If you don’t surrender and let go you will continually see others moving forward while you are stuck, trying to hold on to this one spot in time. But you must leave it or you will be stuck in the past until you let go. Holding on will only drain the life energy from you and prevent you from enjoying the ride of this blessing we call life.

You were meant to move forward, moving with the flow of life and enjoying the…sometimes smooth, sometimes rocky, ride.

Yes, the obstacles might batter and bruise you a little, but they were meant to make you stronger and wiser to handle what lies ahead.

So let go and flow! Living in the present and enjoying the ride! You were meant to move forward and LIVE!
Trust. Flow. Surrender. Let Go.
