It is officially my 43rd year around the sun and let me tell you…I’m excited! I’m excited because I know that I am in charge of my life and the creation of who I want to be!

The last few years were tough, with the loss of my closest childhood friend and my mother, I kind of lost myself for a while. But I grew through the pain and in all honesty losing them gave me a purpose. It reminded me that today may be the last, so make it count!

My purpose is to show others that life can be as amazing as you make it to be!! Find what you love and move in that direction! You are in charge of your thoughts, your words, your actions…and those are the things that shape your life. So why not move in the direction that you want to go. Take risks, be brave, have courage to do things that you didn’t think you could do. Because you CAN do it!

For this year, just as I did in the last, I’ve made it a goal to be the strongest I’ve ever been mentally, physically and spiritually. This body, this mind and this life are some of the greatest gifts we have ever been given, so don’t you think we should use them in the best way we can?!

So that’s the plan this year. Being intentional everyday and spreading love and light to everyone. Reminding the world that life is a gift….so use it wisely and wildly!

A lil pre-birthday getaway adventure for me with my bro. Love spending quality time and making memories with him! Always a good time!!! 😁

As I sit here, under a huge magical oak tree, surround by water and the natural world, I am reminded of a simple truth.

I watch the butterfly’s floating in the air, coming out of a season of darkness, now transformed into beautiful flight. They remind me that there is always beauty after the darkness! So be aware of it, embrace it, forgive it and keep growing. In the end things will be more magically beautiful than before.

Last weekend was exactly what we needed! It was wonderful to celebrate together, with our pups, enjoying nature, slowing down a bit and recharging our batteries. Making memories with you is my fave! 😘

What a day it has been…after hours of gettin Wilma all packed up and ready for our long weekend at Long Point in Sebastian, we started off with some hiccups. First Wilma wouldn’t start, then started, then died again. Then only a few miles down the road we knew something big was wrong. We listened to our instincts, turned around and just barely made it our mechanics shop. Luckily, he was free enough to take care of us right away. Checked ol girl out and determined and new alternator was needed. He ordered it and changed it and had us back on the road in just a few hours.
So I gotta give a major shoutout to Addisons Automtoive in cocoa beach. Joe and his crew takes care of us every time and I just couldn’t ask for more. So thank you for getting us back on the road and allowing us to get our celebration on! We appreciate you!!! 🫶🏽✌️✌🏾

Another cruise in the books with the fam bam…There were moments full of excitement and high vibes and many bittersweet & sad moments, but we made the best of it!
With everything going on this past week it made it a lil difficult for us to celebrate. We were reminded of just how precious life is, and that tomorrow is not promised for anyone.

When you are constantly focused on your outter world, then it is the outter world that is programming your mind. Everything is a teacher…so what are you putting your attention on?

When you go inward and observe your own mind you will learn the ways of why your mind does what it does. See it, observe it, and change it if it doesn’t sit well with your soul. You must constantly go inward and bring your focus to the real you so you can become who you really want to be and love how you really want to live.

Begin programming your own mind with what you want think of, what you want to observe, how you want to feel, what you want your life to look like. There is a Spirit that is within all of us and it knows eternal truths, but we must first search for it. Seek and you will find.

Unless you actually pay attention to YOURSELF and what YOU love, the world will tell you what to think about, how to feel, how to act, what to do, etc. This is why so many of us are miserable. We think we are living but we are simply carrying out the programs of what the world taught us to be.

It’s been a minute, but market day is finally here! Tomorrow, the Makana Kai booth will be popped up downtown Cocoa Beach right by the VFW. Time to spread some gratitude and love to my community!See you there my friends!

Consider this.

Life is a river, one that you float along with until your last breath. Each of us on our own river with various obstacles. These obstacles can cause us trauma, pain, suffering, injury, etc. but the goal is to navigate them as best we can and continue to move forward with the flow.

We cannot stay stuck in one place because life will pass us by. We need to let go!

Now consider that each of us is on our own river, but those that are close to us can see and hear us from theirs. So, when you run into one of these obstacles you can ask for guidance from those close by. The only catch is, they can’t physically come save you. You have to make the choice to let go! To move on with life and flow! If you don’t surrender and let go you will continually see others moving forward while you are stuck, trying to hold on to this one spot in time. But you must leave it or you will be stuck in the past until you let go. Holding on will only drain the life energy from you and prevent you from enjoying the ride of this blessing we call life.

You were meant to move forward, moving with the flow of life and enjoying the…sometimes smooth, sometimes rocky, ride.

Yes, the obstacles might batter and bruise you a little, but they were meant to make you stronger and wiser to handle what lies ahead.

So let go and flow! Living in the present and enjoying the ride! You were meant to move forward and LIVE!
Trust. Flow. Surrender. Let Go.

42 Years
Today marks my 42nd year around the Sun, in this blessing that we call a body, in a world where time is limited, but while we are on this Earth we get to experience it through all our senses and feelings!
I am grateful for every moment as I have realized how much we are to cherish being in the present moment. When you begin to realize that this moment is shaping your future you begin to change your thinking, speech and actions to match what you want for your future self. It’s crazy to me to think that it took me this long to truly see what actually matters in life and how to live it as best as I can.
My birthday wish is for whoever reading this, that you may be blessed with gratitude and love in this present moment. That you feel loved and that you love yourself better. I wish you may realize that life is a gift…so live it, love it and love each other.
